Version 3.9
Hi there, I work at Electronic Arts, the parent company of Maxis, and have historically been a huge SimCity fan. In addition to spending time with family and pets, my hobbies include hiking, biking, and flying model aircraft.

Head First Design Patterns in PHP
A port of the book's source code to run on PHP 5 or later. -
Cross-language HTTP API library
I'm incubating this and it's not at production quality, but a fun endeavor. It's a library that allows coding in local language semantics and translates calls to and from HTTP dynamically. Not RESTful by design, because who wants their API to rest? Currently supported languages listed below.- C
- Java
- Python
- Ruby
- JavaScript
- PHP

Mind-body disorder awareness and beyond
The work of Dr. John E. Sarno has been of great service to bringing me greater self-awareness into how the mind and body works. I am always working out ways to spread it beneficially to others. It isn't easy. I believe the full dynamic is mind-body-spirit and all of these should be integrated, being that they are all interconnected. -
Disease prevention
I lost my mom to breast cancer. I believe that preventing serious (and not so serious) illness, as well as aiding some of the healing from it, can be helped by understanding and putting to use the above information. Facing and processing all emotions in healthy ways, finding and living a purpose, and healing from trauma (like healing from a broken bone, for example) are all important for overall health.
